The turger.group website is an online market platform for technical goods and real estate. We accept no other off topic posts.

Before you sign in for an user account on our platform, send an email message with your business address and all neccessary infor to Turger Trade Salesteam : salesoffice@turger.group to get the permission as trusted partner for it. Without such permission, we delete any posts, you will blocked and maybe charged with minimum USD 1.000 for that.

The Turger Sales Team will proof your message a.s.a.p. and send decision. After you get the permission, you can post classified ads only on your own business behalf.

Open an account with us is not free of charge! The costs are:

- 50 Euro for 3 Months permission
- 150 Euro for 6 Months permission
- 250 Euro for 12 Months permission

We send the invoice as pdf file to your email, payment target are 7 days. All prices are net. The membership will be extended for a further period of time if it is not terminated in writing 14 days before the end.

Publish Postings:

It is forbidden to publish classified ads using the data of third parties without their knowledge and consent. By adding an classified ad the user assumes full responsibility for broadcasting an classified ad which breaks the law, including an classified ad the subject of which is an activity limited by law.

It is forbidden to place classified ads introducing onto the market items that are legally prohibited! It is forbidden to place classified ads placing on the market objects and goods derived from crime. It is forbidden to promote any nationalist, racist, inciting to hatred on any grounds, and any content prohibited by law.

If the subject of the classified ad is an activity that requires valid licenses, permits, qualifications, concessions, etc., the User adding the classified ad declares that he has them and is entitled to publish related classified ads. The user adding an classified ad undertakes to cover any damages caused to the Website or his operator by a legally defective classified ad.

When posting an classified ad on the Website, use the correct spelling rules appropriate for Turkiye or English. By posting an classified ad on the Website, you agree to its publication.

The Sales Administration reserves the right to remove classified ads without giving any reason. The Sales Administrator makes efforts to remove content that is not for rail, mining and estate. We accept no other off topic posts.

However, the website is not moderated in real time, so some classified ads may appear on the website for a while. If you see an classified ad that violates any laws or our terms of use, report it for removal. The Sales Administrator will make every effort to ensure that it disappears from the portal as soon as possible.

You agree that all information you enter will be stored in the Website’s database and processed in accordance with the principles described in our Privacy Policy. This information will not be disclosed to any persons or third parties without your consent (except for authorized bodies).

The website uses cookies to maintain user sessions. In cases not mentioned in these regulations, the rule of common sense applies, and ultimately the provisions of the Civil Code and criminal law. The administration of the turger.group website does not bear any responsibility for the content published in the classified ads system. The authors are responsible for the content.
